Restaurant Guide – Trishna

Trishna is located in the heart of Marylebone village, specialising in the coastal cuisine of South West India, using British seasonal ingredients. New chef Karam Sethi has previously worked at Bukhara in Delhi (a regular on the San Pellegrino World’s 50 best Restaurants), Trishna Mumbai and Zuma London. 'Not Your Average Curry Night – Thinking Outside the Bottle' will be London’s only regular evening that pairs wine, beer and cider with an Indian menu, for £45 per person.

Wine Pairing Evening at Criterion Restaurant – 29 March 2011

Criterion Restaurant will be hosting wine pairing evenings once a quarter with the launch event on Tuesday 29th March. A dedicated wine maker will host each event with the Criterion’s Head Chef, Matthew Foxon, creating a menu to suit the flavours of the wines and region of origin. The launch event sees Criterion teamed with renowned wine maker David Finlayson of Edgebaston Stellenbosch wines from South Africa.

Tickets are £70 per person including reception canapés, four glasses of wine, a three-course dinner, coffee and petit fours and service. Shaka Zulu Live – 31 March 2011

Shaka Zulu in Camden has recently launched its Shaka Live parties on Thursdays, with the next event featuring singer Lemar along with support act Daniel DeBourg and DJ Rusty Egan. The following week will feature Mica Paris. Bon Vivant’s members are being offered tickets at the special price of £35, which includes the show and a three-course dinner.
