All members are allocated a personal, bespoke lifestyle executive, who serves as the first point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring the highest level of personal service. This communication allows the lifestyle executive to become directly acquainted with members and therefore tailor services to meet every specific need.

Each Member is entitled to nominate one other individual such as a partner, spouse or personal assistant who may request services from Bon Vivant on the member’s behalf, at no additional cost.
