Inamo St James Opens

Inamo St James, an Oriental fusion restaurant and bar, will be opening on Lower Regent Street on 25th November 2010.  Blending pioneering interactive technology (touch sensitive panels on the tables allow you to navigate through a virtual menu that is projected onto your table from above) with exceptional pan-Asian cuisine, the 300 capacity restaurant is a tranquil space complete with two private dining rooms and a vertical Japanese garden.

From the soft launch until December 30th 2010, they would like to offer all Bon Vivant members a complimentary drink when dining at the restaurant. Please contact us to make a reservation.

Rooftop Cinema at The Berkeley

The Berkeley‘s rooftop terrace will be transformed into a pine-filled forest movie theatre from December 1 2010 until January 31 2011 where hotel guests and visitors will be treated to winter movie classics such as ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ and ‘Miracle on 34th Street’. Guests will be served hot chocolate, mince pies, Mulberry blankets and hot water bottles. A special Winter Cinema package for Londoners is available at £50 per person and includes full access to the movie theatre, heated pool and health club.

A New 6 Star Hotel for London

Further to our earlier announcement of the hotels due to open in London, there are now plans to open London’s first 6 star hotel. Located just off Hyde Park in Knightsbridge the 36-bedroom townhouse hotel, The Wellesely is currently undergoing a £36 million pound renovation, with plans to open in 2012.

Brasa Restaurant Opens in Fulham

A new restaurant on the first floor of the Broadway Bar and Grill in Fulham, Brasa offers British influenced cuisine cooked on an Asador Grill, imported from the Basque mountains of Spain. The head chef is Danny MacGechan who trained under Marco Pierre White and headed up the kitchen at Paradise by Way of Kensal Green.

A Sister Restaurant for The Wolseley

The owners of The Wolseley have reportedly found a site for a new restaurant opposite The Aldwych Theatre at the bottom of Drury Lane, which will open in the autumn of 2011 and will be similar in style to the original restaurant.

New Tortilla in Leadenhall Market

Lunchtime options in The City continue to improve with the opening of Tortilla‘s fifth London site in Leadenhall Market, offering their usual mix of burritos, fajitas, tacos and salad packs.

New Bar at OXO Tower

The OXO Tower Restaurant has relaunched its bar area, situated between the 8th floor Restaurant and Brasserie with its own incredible views of the river.

Bar 92 Opens on Wigmore Street

Tucked away from the chaos of Oxford Street, Bar 92 offers exquisite cocktails in a relaxed and stylish atmosphere, great for a casual post-work drink, somewhere to relax after a big shopping spree or an exclusive party for up to 92 people. The bar will be open until midnight.

Thanksgiving at The Big Easy

The Big Easy, American barbecue and crab shack on the King’s Road, will be celebrating Thanksgiving (25th November) with a special two-course menu from just £19.95.

The set menu includes roasted breast of Norfolk turkey with giblet gravy, chestnut stuffing, green beans and candied sweet potatoes with toasted hazelnuts, all accompanied with home made cranberry sauce, followed by pumpkin pie with whipped cream or pecan pie with vanilla bean ice cream.
