Two Michelin starred chef Nathan Outlaw is due to open a seafood restaurant at The Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge on 2 October 2012.
Nathan Outlaw will divide his time between his eponymous restaurant based in Cornwall and The Capital Hotel in London, where the head chef will be Pete Briggs, who has worked at Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Cornwall for a decade. The menu will offer fish and seafood from across the UK.
The Capital Hotel, which previously held two Michelin stars under head chef Eric Chavot looks set to make a return to the top of London’s dining scene.
