Tom Sellers, who has worked with Tom Aikens, Thomas Keller, Adam Byatt, and, more recently, Rene Redzepi at Noma, will be popping-up in London on 28 and 29 November.
‘Foreword‘ will be a “five-course experimental extravaganza” in collaboration with pop-up club The Rebel Dining Society, with only 40 seats available.
The menu itself will feature avant-garde takes on dishes like bread and dripping for starter; beef cheek, pumpkin seed, brown butter and sorrel for main; and charred pear, parsnip and buttermilk for dessert. Tom will open a permanent restaurant, ‘Story’, in 2012.
