Bon Vivant offers a professional corporate concierge service - whether you are a large corporation, an SME business or a membership-based organisation looking to reward your employees, increase productivity or wanting to add a concierge service to your current offering, we offer bespoke corporate memberships, which we can tailor to your specific needs and requirements.

How do you differ from other concierge services?

The main way in which we differ from our competitors is by offering a more personal service and by tailoring our services to suit each corporate client's specific need.

Bon Vivant was started as we saw a gap in the market for providing a concierge service that focused on excellent personal service as standard. Most concierge services have multiple membership packages, with the level of service increasing with the cost so there’s a real difference in the level of service provided.

Each Bon Vivant client is allocated a personal concierge account manager to be at their beck and call for all queries, ensuring the highest level of personal service. Our concierges provide the best service by personally familiarising themselves with their clients, establishing exactly what they want and expect, and pre-empting what they would appreciate.

What exactly do you offer your members?

As a concierge service, we run the lives of our members, helping them with the things that they don’t have the time, inclination or expertise to do for themselves.

We help corporate clients to gain competitive advantage by taking care of their client entertainment and hospitality needs and with their human resource strategy to help to attract, retain and motivate valuable new members of staff and increase employee productivity.

We help clients win those important contracts by entertaining their clients at the most exclusive events and hard-to-get restaurants. Whether it's teh best seats at Wimbledon for the men's singles final, a private table at the BAFTA Awards or the royal box at the Royal Opera House.

Who is the service aimed at?

A corporate membership with Bon Vivant is aimed at companies who wish either to entertain their clients in the best possible way, helping to secure the best contracts, or for those who wish to reward their employees or directors by giving them access to our concierge service. This will also improve productivity and help retain and attract both employees and clients.

We often work alongside PAs and are seen as an extension to the service that they provide.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer a bespoke service that we tailor to the specific needs of each client, depending on the level of service or number of people they wish to include in their membership. Each client will receive their own personal concierge account manager who will look after them personally, ensuring the highest level of personal service.

How much does it cost?

For corporate memberships, the package is bespoke and tailored to the specific needs of the company. We would offer an attractive discount on the per person cost of an individual membership for a corporate membership.

The time saved for our clients is invaluable, but all the complimentary benefits and discounts that our members have access to more than covers the cost of membership.

What do your members use you for most often?

Each client uses us for different things, ranging from tickets to the theatre or VIP events, restaurant bookings, travel bookings, finding a cleaner etc. The most common request usually involves restaurants as it’s the activity that people do most often in their social life – we keep our members informed of all the new openings and the best restaurant for them based on what they like - we also have access to the best tables at those impossible-to-get restaurants.

What are your working hours?

We are available around the clock, but as we give our members a personal concierge to deal with at all times, clients usually contact their account manager between normal hours (i.e. from 8am ‘til 11pm) but outside these hours someone will be on hand to deal with your requests.

Can I try before I buy?

We can offer a trial membership so that potential clients can see the wide range of services that we can offer and how invaluable we are to their lives.

We also offer many services free of charge to non-members - our fortnightly newsletter has a host of special offers and news about current events, new openings etc so it’s a great source of information, with many events offering spaces to non-members as well. We make sure we are shouting about the best of the best, and informing as many people as possible about exciting trends and events.

Our free blog is also very popular where we feature hotel and restaurant reviews, top 10 guides for London and various travel and lifestyle articles, and we also do a weekly London Guide with information on new openings and launches. We pride ourselves on excellent communication, an eye for style and an ability to be ahead of the curve.
