Each client uses us for different things, ranging from tickets to the theatre or VIP events, restaurant bookings, travel bookings, finding a cleaner etc. The most common request usually involves restaurants as it’s the activity that people do most often in their social life – we keep our members informed of all the new openings and the best restaurant for them based on what they like - we also have access to the best tables at those impossible-to-get restaurants.
We are available around the clock, but as we give our members a personal concierge to deal with at all times, clients usually contact their account manager between normal hours (i.e. from 8am ‘til 11pm) but outside these hours someone will be on hand to deal with your requests.
