How do you differ from other concierge services?

Bon Vivant is a concierge service that focuses on great service as a standard. Each Bon Vivant member is allocated a personal concierge account manager, ensuring the highest level of personal service. Our concierges personally familiarise themselves with their clients, establishing exactly what they want and expect, and pre-empting what they might need.

Each member may also nominate one additional person who may use the service on the member's behalf, at no additional cost. We are also very flexible and offer our members bespoke packages – we offer monthly, annual and pay per use plans.

What exactly do you offer your members?

As a concierge service, we run the lives of our members: think of us as a virtual PA for your leisure time – whether it’s advising on and booking holidays, recommending and booking restaurants, bars and clubs, finding tickets to the theatre or for a sold out concert or helping with the every day tasks to help life run more smoothly.

Our members also have access to our insider knowledge and expertise – whether it’s knowing the best new restaurant, the hottest club or knowing where to locate an unusual item, they count on us for all of this and more.

Bon Vivant is aimed at people who lead busy lives, who want great service and access to our insider knowledge and who want to off-load the administrative burden of running their lives. A membership with us is ideal for those who live in London or the UK, or for those who travel to London on a regular basis for business or pleasure, although we operate on a global level and have clients all over the world.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer personal and corporate memberships on an annual and monthly basis, as well as temporary memberships for those who may require services for a shorter time period throughout the year.

How much does it cost?

We offer a range of monthly and annual memberships, which we tailor to your specific needs, with no joining fee and 24/7 unlimited access to your own personal lifestyle manager - click here for full details. Included in this price, you receive your own concierge to contact directly at all times and you can nominate your partner or PA to use the service on your behalf as well.

The time saved for our clients is invaluable, but all the complimentary benefits and discounts that our members have access to more than covers the cost of membership.

For example, our members have access to upgrades at over 1,000 hotels worldwide, free champagne at London’s top restaurants, complimentary entry to nightclubs and 35% discount at one of the city’s best salons, among many other benefits.

What do your members use you for most often?

Each client uses us for different things, ranging from tickets to the theatre or VIP events, restaurant bookings, travel bookings, finding a decorator etc. The most common request usually involves restaurants as it’s the activity that people do most often in their social life.

What are your working hours?

We are available around the clock, but as we give our members a personal concierge to deal with at all times, clients usually contact their account manager between normal hours (i.e. from 8am ‘til 11pm) but outside these hours someone will be on hand to deal with your requests, but it may not be your account manager.

We offer trial memberships for us to demonstrate our range of services - contact us for further details.

We also offer many services free of charge to non-members - our fortnightly newsletter has a host of special offers and news about current events, new openings etc so it’s a great source of information, with many events offering spaces to non-members as well. We make sure we are shouting about the best of the best, and informing as many people as possible about exciting trends and events.
