Each member is also entitled to nominate one additional person who may use the service on the member's behalf, at no additional cost.

As a result our style of service is quick, intelligent, and reasonably priced. Bon Vivant is aimed at people who lead busy lives, who want great service and access to our insider knowledge and who want to off-load the administrative burden of running their lives. A membership with us is ideal for those who live in London or the UK, or for those who travel to London on a regular basis for business or pleasure, although we operate on a global level and have clients all over the world.
We can also create bespoke travel itineraries or arrange events on an ad hoc basis for those who don't require a full membership, and we can also offer a reduced rate for those who only want access to our travel and leisure booking services for hotels, restaurants and other lifestyle services.

For corporate memberships, the package is bespoke and tailored to the specific needs of the company. We would offer an attractive discount per person on a corporate membership.
The time saved for our clients is invaluable, but all the complimentary benefits and discounts that our members have access to more than covers the cost of membership.
For example, our members have access to upgrades at over 1,000 hotels worldwide, free champagne at London’s top restaurants, complimentary entry to nightclubs and 35% discount at one of the city’s best salons, among many other benefits.
Each client uses us for different things, ranging from tickets to the theatre or VIP events, restaurant bookings, travel bookings, finding a decorator etc. The most common request usually involves restaurants as it’s the activity that people do most often in their social life – we keep our members informed of all the new openings and the best restaurant for them based on what they like.
We are available around the clock, but as we give our members a personal concierge to deal with at all times, clients usually contact their account manager between normal hours (i.e. from 8am ‘til 11pm) but outside these hours someone will be on hand to deal with your requests, but it may not be your account manager.
We also offer many services free of charge to non-members - our fortnightly newsletter has a host of special offers and news about current events, new openings etc so it’s a great source of information, with many events offering spaces to non-members as well. We make sure we are shouting about the best of the best, and informing as many people as possible about exciting trends and events.
