The Lab Event London

The Lab Event is a new concept from the team behind Taste of London, hosted by TV chef and food writer Gizzi Erskine. The Lab will launch on 25 April 2013 at Tobacco Docks, London, with an impressive line-up of chefs and DJs.

Guests will be offered ‘an array of interactive experiences’ at The Lab with some of the world’s best chefs, including Brazilian chef Alex Atala whose Sao Paulo restaurant D.O.M, was voted fourth best in the world.

Massimo Bottura whose three Michelin star restaurant in Modena Italy was voted fifth best in the world, will be presenting at The Lab and Lars Williams (Noma’s head of research and development) will host the Noma Flavour Test, holding tutorials and masterclasses.

The UK will be represented by Dinner by Heston’s Ashley Palmer-Watts, drinks creator Tony Conigliaro, Bo London’s Alvin Leung, James Knappett (Bubbledogs and the Kitchen Table) Bruno Loubet and Duck & Waffle’s Daniel Doherty.
